For future reference, a Twig is the tiniest post I write, a Stick is a small post, and a Stump or a Sapling is a relatively small post compared to a Post.
Anyway, apparently 27% of voters in the USA think that Biden is mentally competent to continue as POTUS. So, does that mean that about 27% of voting age people in the USA are even more demented than Biden? That would be a very serious problem but would also explain the current condition of the country. Perhaps it's the long term consequence of the loony-leftist, magical-thinking, drug culture... it would not surprise me at all.
